- For orders under $50, standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $7.99 within New Zealand.
- We also offer express shipping options at an additional cost, which you can choose during checkout.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, and then the following estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International shipping rates and times may vary.
2. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package's journey.

3. Shipping Locations
- Damn Handsome currently ships to addresses within New Zealand and select international destinations.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns
- If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, simply log in to your Damn Handsome account, go to your order history, and select the items you'd like to return.
- Please make sure the items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
2. Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To request an exchange, log in to your Damn Handsome account, go to your order history, and select the items you'd like to exchange.
- Send back the items you wish to exchange in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
- We'll send you the requested replacement items once we receive your return.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We'll arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Shipping
- For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
